The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and Miller Brewing Company established Adelante! in 1993, to address the needs of the growing Hispanic population, with college scholarships.   Since then they have awarded more than one million dollars in scholarships.  They are trying to significantly increase the rate of college graduates within the Hispanic population.  Their Mission is "to inspire the best and brightest Hispanic students to graduate and lead through scholarships, internships, and leadership development."
They host a free online Webinar open to all students and administrators.
